Computer Virus

Rilian LOVES playing with little things. Often, he is found carrying little things when we go somewhere or just carrying them around the house. One day Granny got out some little plastic animals for him to play with. He played with them for DAYS! When Piper and I were selling Girl Scout cookies at a cookie booth one Saturday, Rilian stayed with Granny and Dadabe. I got this picture with a text from Dadabe that said, "I think my computer got a virus while I was napping".
I guess Rilian thought Dadabe's laptop was a good place for his animals and one car to hang out.

Things That Make You Go Hmmmm.....

Here is a little insight into my world with Piper...
Yes, she is sitting there eating with a bucket on her head! Why? The only answer I have is that she is Piper. I'm sure I'm not the only parent who wonders what went on in their child's head when they decided to do something. There are many times when I wonder that about Piper! Of my four children, she is the one that I ask that the most about. Man, I love that girl! Life is NEVER dull with her around!

Signs

My kids were at Granny's one afternoon and they wanted to watch a scary movie...So Granny let them watch "Signs". They really got scared in the movie and needed the aluminum foil hats so the aliens couldn't read their brains!
Seven thought Jeremy needed a hat, too.
My kids watched "Signs" several times in two days. They were scared, but wanted to watch it over and over. They were scared for a few days. We live right behind Granny, right across an alley. When it was dark, my kids were terrified to cross the dark alley! This was a month or so ago. I think Seven is finally getting over his being afraid. At night, when he wakes up in the middle of the night, we can hear him running on the tile  down the hallway as fast as he can to our bed! It really is quite humorous! We hear him slam his door open and run as fast as his little 5 year old legs can carry him.

As for Granny? She feels bad that they got that scared, but the kids DID ask to watch a scary movie! I think she has learned not to listen to them when they ask to do things like that anymore.

Tumbleweed Finn

Dude! What just happened?!? THAT was Finn! He has perfected the art of somersaults! This is his chosen mode of transportation through the house sometimes. Isn't he awesome?

Just Chillin'...In The Sink

When you have crazy kids like mine, you never know what you will find when you go looking for one of them that has been "MIA" for awhile...

We were at Granny's and I hadn't seen Rilian for awhile, so I thought I had better go see what he was up to. This is what I found! Haha! Another classic moment when you wonder "what in the world were they thinking"? Rilian loves playing with those letter bracelets that were beside him. I have a feeling he was playing with them in the sink, but how and why he was in the sink, your guess is as good as mine!

Cotton Candy

We were treated to lunch one Sunday after church at the Golden Corral. When it came time for dessert, the kids decided they wanted cotton candy! Rilian was a mess, but he sure enjoyed it!
Seven stuck it to his chin and said he looked like "Daddy."

How Do You Test A Battery?

Have you ever wondered if a battery was dead before actually putting it in the device that needs it? Jeremy taught the boys how to test a battery to see if it has any "juice" left in it. Watch as Rilian tests this battery...
Looks pretty simple, right? Just open you mouth and put it on your tongue! Anyone have any batteries they're wondering about now?

Brothers

Wow! February was crazy busy and just flew by and I only had time to post once! This puts me even further behind in my blogging.

Yes, I do realize there is a Christmas tree on the window behind Seven and Rilian. That is because this picture was from December. I opened up my picture file today because I had a moment where I could blog. This was the next picture worth sharing.

It's great, huh? Seven and Rilian sure love each other!
Seven has loved Rilian from the day we brought him home from the hospital! I don't know how many times when Rilian was a baby that I had to tell Seven to give him some space. Seven was literally in his face ALL the time. I used to say that he loved Rilian a little too much. Is there such a thing?
